Twenty Objects from a Sixties Childhood by
 Cally Trench

Twenty Objects from a Sixties Childhood (2022) is a very short animation film that reveals remembered objects from Cally's 1960s childhood. Each object appears and disappears like a memory, often morphing into the next one, with occasional flashes of colour. The objects include a Christmas fairy, a Snow White wrist watch, a vinyl 'single', an old penny, a pouffe, a Custard Cream biscuit, jacks, and a Brownie 127 camera. Completion date: 19th December 2022 [1 min 16 secs]

The sound is rhythmic clapping based on the nursery rhyme 'Pop Goes the Weasel'. There are three layers of sound, so that it sounds like three people clapping the same basic rhythm at the same time, but with different elaborations and variations.
