Fossil Fish Film (2022) is a very short animation film in which fossil fish appear, swim about, and freeze in their final resting places, accompanied by bubbly water noises. It is based on the artist's linocut print 22 Fossil Fish. [30 seconds] Completion date: 12th August 2022.

Fossil Fish Film was an Official Selection in Microacts 18, with a live screening at White Bear Theatre, Kennington, London, on Sunday 26th May 2024.

Fossil Fish Film was included in a showreel shown at Fun things to do when you're dead too at Cambridge City Crematorium on 11th May 2024.

Fossil Fish Film was made an Official Selection in October 2022 for the 2023 Spark Micro-Short Film Festival, and was promoted to Finalist in June 2023, with a live screening on 9th September 2023 at Buffalo and Erie County Central Library, Buffalo, New York State. Fossil Fish Film was an Official Selection in the Life Screenings One Minute Film Festival - October 2022. Curated by Banks Helfrich. Screened via Facebook on Saturday 22nd October 2022. This was the festival premiere of Fossil Fish Film.

Fossil Fish Film was included in a showreel in Exploring inside the box: Recent works by Tineke Bruijnzeels and Cally Trench, an exhibition at Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot (September-November 2022).
